Locations: South Park Inn, St. Elizabeth’s House and Friendship Center

Day Before the Shelter Run:

This Friday the pick-up location was Panera. Thanks to Panera we were able to get 2 big boxes of bread and 6 smaller boxes of pastries and a batch of cookies. As they were more evenly spread we didn’t need to sort them individually although we did split the amounts and Abigail took one portion and Ashlei took the other portion. Now we wait for Saturday’s drop-off.

Day of the Shelter Run:

We made sure each location had 1 box of bread and at least a mix between the pastries and the cookies. This morning Abigail brought along her granddaughter and did the drop-off for the South Park Inn.

The 2nd stop was the St. Elizabeth’s House and Friendship Center which was done by Ashlei. It was great to interact with them on this day because they are starting to realize we do go there every week. It was great to see we are becoming regulars and seeing they are starting to get to know us more.

We really look forward to expanding on all of our connections with them. We are excited about what’s next.
